How can I buy tickets to Pacific Amphitheatre
events?
Tickets for Pacific Amphitheatre events are available at the OC Fair & Event
Center Center Box Office at the Pacific Amphitheatre.
The OCFEC Box Office is only open part of the year so please call
ahead to confirm hours of operation. The OCFEC Box Office accepts
cash, American Express, MasterCard and VISA. Credit cards will only
be accepted from those customers whose name appears on the card.
Unsigned credit cards will also require photo identification.
To purchase tickets to Pacific Amphitheatre events, please click here.
To purchase tickets to the annual OC Fair, or other events at the
OC Fair & Event
Center, please click here.
Additionally, tickets may be purchased at all Ticketmaster
outlet locations, online at www.ticketmaster.com,
or by calling Ticketmaster charge by phone at (714) 740-2000 or
(213) 480-3232. Additional charge by phone
numbers are also available.
The first day a Pacific Amphitheatre event goes on sale at the
OCFEC Box Office at the Pacific Amphitheatre, priority wristbands
will be distributed approximately one hour prior to the scheduled
on-sale time. When all in attendance at that time have received
a wristband, a number corresponding to one of the distributed wristbands
will be drawn at random. The line to purchase tickets will begin
with the person in possession of that wristband and the line will
be organized sequentially from there. Should the person with that
number not be present, the person with the next number in sequence
will be the first person in line. Line-ups will not be allowed prior
to 8:00 a.m. on the morning of the ticket sale. A wristband does
not guarantee tickets. The process is intended to provide convenience,
efficiency and equitable ticket purchasing opportunities.
Please be aware that the wristband procedure described above is
a policy of OCFEC and the Pacific Amphitheatre. On-sale procedures
for Ticketmaster outlets almost certainly will vary.

How can I improve my chances of getting
tickets for a popular event?
For many events at the Pacific Amphitheatre, tickets will be made
available prior to the general public sale through an internet-only
pre-sale. These pre-sales generally require a password which will
be distributed to visitors to the OC Fair & Event
Center website, Ticketmaster customers who have previously purchased
tickets to a Pacific Amphitheatre event, members of the performers
fan club, or some combination of these sources.
The best way to be included in internet pre-sales is to visit the
OCFEC website at www.ocfair.com and register for event updates.

What do I do if I do not receive my tickets?
If you have ordered tickets through Ticketmaster phones or internet
and you have not received them by three days prior to the event,
call your local TM
Customer Service Department. Be prepared with the confirmation
number for your account, or the purchasing credit card. The agent
will determine the nature of the problem, and if your tickets are
replaceable, instruct you on where and when to pick up your replacement
tickets. This is normally done at the Box Office prior to the event.
Replacement tickets can only be picked up by the credit card holder
with the original credit card used during the purchase.

Wheelchair and semi-ambulatory seating is reserved for guests and
companions until 48 hours prior to the event or until an event sells
out. Please note that it is against the law for anyone , other than
those with a disability or that guest's companion, to purchase tickets

for general sale). OCFEC/Pacific Amphitheatre will aggressively
seek to protect the rights and needs of our disabled guests.

I have a child that is three years old.
Does she need a ticket?
Admission to the Pacific Amphitheatre for children 23 months and
under is free. However, these children do not have a reserved seat
location and must remain on the lap of the parent or guardian for
the duration of the performance. Anyone attending the performance,
two years and above, must have a ticket for the event. With respect
from the venue, we remind you that the hearing of young children
is still developing and the high volume often associated with performance
events can pose a risk to this development. Strollers and wagons
are not permitted inside the Pacific Amphitheatre.

Are there hotels near the Pacific Amphitheatre?

I understand that
some Pacific Amphitheatre events are part of the OC Fair. What does
that mean exactly?
Like all attractions that take place on the fairgrounds during
the annual OC Fair, concerts at
the Pacific Amphitheatre are a component of the Fair itself. An
event within an event. However, while in most cases a concert ticket
will also give you access to other attractions at the Fair, a Fair
ticket will almost certainly not give you access to a Pacific Amphitheatre
concert. Concert admission above and beyond the cost of Fair admission
is generally required.
As a component of the Fair, entrance to, and exit from Pacific
Amphitheatre concerts is through the OC Fair proper. Once parked,
proceed to the nearest main Fair entrance. The three main Fair gates
are Blue Gate, Green Gate and Yellow Gate. Once inside, you're welcome
to enjoy all the Fair has to offer, from the Carnival to the food
and exhibits. When it's time to attend your Pacific Amphitheatre
event, proceed to the Southwest corner of the fairgrounds. Information
booths are strategically located to help you on your way.
After you have enjoyed your performance event, you must exit through
the Fair gates, but you are more than welcome to enjoy the Fair
again before leaving.

Where do I park when I come to an event
at the Pacific Amphitheatre?
Outside of the run of the annual OC Fair, parking is available
in the area immediately in front of the Pacific Amphitheatre.
For concerts taking place during the OC Fair, guests will be directed
to best available parking. Please note that entrance to the Pacific
Amphitheatre events during the run of the Fair is through the Fair
itself. After parking, enter the Fair through whichever Fair gate
is closest, Blue Gate, Green Gate or Yellow gate, and proceed toward
the Pacific Amphitheatre.
Parking rates are:
General Parking Passenger Cars: $5
General Parking Buses and Limos: $10
During the run of the OC Fair, Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest
days and on-site parking often sells out. When this occurs, free
parking and shuttle service are available at the Experian Parking
Lot, located on the North side of the 405 at the Bristol off ramp.
Also, the AAA Parking Lot, located on the North side of the 405
at Fairview and Sunflower. The shuttle ride is approximately 15
to 20 minutes long.

My tickets are at Will Call. What do I
need to do in order to pick them up?
During the annual OC Fair, tickets ordered through Ticketmaster
for pick up at Will Call will be available two hours prior to the
event start time. Will call tickets can be picked up at the OCFEC/Pacific
Amphitheatre Box Office or at one of the concert sales booths located
at each of the three main Fair entrances. Upon arrival, please present
your Ticketmaster confirmation number, along with a valid identification
(State driver's license, passport, military identification).
If tickets have been left in Will Call by means other than Ticketmaster,
please check with your source to determine where your tickets will
be located.
For events held outside of the annual OC Fair dates, all Will Call
tickets can be picked up at the OCFEC/Pacific Amphitheatre Box Office
with proper identification.
Please be aware that the OCFEC/Pacific Amphitheatre Box Office
will not accept tickets to be placed in Will Call from outside sources.
Also, tickets will not be released from Will Call without proper
identification.
